MP3 players are allowed.

According to Board of Health rules, any camper or staff whose medical form with immunization records is not in our possession before departure will not be accepted into camp.

Please login to your account to fill out the medical form, and upload your child’s immunization records and doctor’s signature.

According to law, all medications (over the counter and prescription) must be kept in the Infirmary.

Experience has shown that visits to camp other than Visiting Day do not
contribute to the order and harmony of camp life. If a child is taken out of his group or visited during activities, not only he, but on account of him the entire group is disrupted in their routine. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Visiting Day: July 14th from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00p.m. Children may be taken off premises after signing out in the office.

Do not arrange any transportation to leave camp grounds before 10:45 am.

We are sure you would like to tip those who are putting so much into your son over the summer. As in the past, you will be able to dispense all your son’s tips via an app or website. Just visit www.grazzee.com and click on Camp Munk. We will notify you when the current staff is uploaded.

All luggage of campers residing in New York City must  be ready for pickup about 2 days before camp starts

Sendup Express Co.  will notify you with the luggage pick up information.

No large luggage will be accepted on the busses.

Please send “SOFT” trunks, on wheels only, to facilitate storage.

Mark camper’s name clearly on the luggage.

No need to shlep! Cases of water are for sale at the canteen. They will be delivered to your son’s bunk whenever he needs them. You can order the week before camp or your son can just go any day to the canteen and they will take care of it!

You can order water bottles one week before camp or during camp by emailing
Munkwater@gmail.com

The following list will help as a suggestion for clothing needed during the camp season.
Requirements will vary with each camper. Sending more is unnecessary and will only cramp shelf space.

To prevent loss, every article, including the clothing worn to camp, must be plainly marked with camper’s full name.

Only articles bearing camper’s name will be
accepted in the camp laundry. Tapes should be sewn in neck band or waistband of clothing. Sew-on labels are the best since they usually don’t fall off in the wash.

Items other than clothes should have names permanently marked. Avoid colors that run. Use as many washable items as possible, as there is a separate charge for dry cleaning, if needed.

Please be sure to label all new items that are sent to camp.

NOTE: All clothing that is left behind
and not claimed after 2 weeks from the last day of camp will be considered HEFKER
.
